Questions about our services
- Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking an appointment online or on WhatsApp reduces your waiting time to under 15 minutes.
- What are the consultation charges?
General consultation is ₹500 and includes a free follow-up within 7 days for the same illness.
- Do you accept health insurance?
Yes. We offer cashless OPD for Star Health, HDFC ERGO and ICICI Lombard OPD plans. Others can claim reimbursement with our itemised bills.
- Is there a lab at the clinic?
We have an in-house sample collection centre partnered with a NABL-accredited lab. Most reports arrive the same day.
- Do you offer online consultations?
Yes, video consultations are available for follow-ups and minor issues. Book a slot and we will send you a link.
- Is parking available?
Two-wheeler parking is available in front of the clinic and paid car parking is in the Sunshine Arcade basement.
